For all EBONY EFFECT MOBILE BAR & HOOKAH SERVICES You will have to pay a half non refundable deposit. Your remaining balance is due once I arrive at your SCHEDULED EVENT. There is a 4 Hour Minimum when booking. After A deposit is made  you will receive a phone call within 24 Hours to specify the details for your event. All cancellations MUST be made within 4 days of your scheduled date. Please be advised that you have to book at least 2 Weeks in advance in order to secure a date. You are allowed a date change only ONCE if there is an additional date change that will require an additional deposit for a new date.
